Kangas Cloud delivers 24 x 7 x 365 monitoring and help desk, with an automatic back up and failover. We provide redundant network connection support for all our provided services. In our data centers we have redundant Internet connections in addition to other security hardening measures. We also carry this security a step further to the customer site. We can configure redundancy in the network offerings on premises. If you have more than one Internet connection we can automatically failover between those two (or more) connections.
Our systems will continuously monitor the network, failover to the backup when necessary and inform you of the event automatically. Our systems also provide failover to analog phone lines. Maybe you’ve got a dedicated modem line, fax line, or a fire alarm line that you had to leave in place. We can use that line as a back up in case the network goes down.
That may not be all you need. What if something happens to your facility? Lightning strikes, your facility catches fire or a storm does serious damage to your facility. Last year we had several customers lose their facilities. When that happens, while tragic, the good news is that while they may lose their facility they do not lose their phone services because Kangas Cloud provides phone systems in the cloud. Even though the local PBX is lost, the auto attendant, all the extensions and everything survives in the cloud. Each of the extensions can be mapped to the individual’s cell phone in the same way that the system can reroute calls to your cell phone if, for whatever reason, your office experienced this type of problem.
